Focused on people’s real life examples, this day is dynamic and engaging. During the day Bridget will work with a few participants, who will each explore a challenging conversation from their life. Bridget's coaching uses the ’13 Step Dance Floor’ - a floor map that people walk through to identify how to communicate with honesty, empathy, power and compassion, even when the going gets tough! After each example there will be time for questions and discussion to throw light on how this all works.

Come and experience:

Lively learning

     •  Enjoy the spontaneity, fun and depth that

naturally arise from the way Bridget

explores the real life examples that

        participants bring.

The clarity and subtlety of the Nonviolent Communication process (NVC)

    •  Learn more about key NVC differentiations,

such as between feelings and judgments,

and see how to re-establish connection

       when there is disconnection.

The sound and feel of this compassionate language in action

     •  Experience immersion learning, like when

you stay in a country in order to learn the

language, before you yourself can speak

        the language fluently.
