Develop your ability to give yourself and others the gift of empathic connection.
Gain deeper conceptual and experiential understanding of these questions:
• What is empathy?
• When do I want to be empathic?
• When is it wise to be empathic?
• How do I enter and sustain an empathic connection?
'Empathy: what-when-how' is a topic close to my heart. I am so utterly grateful to have grown in my understanding of empathy over the last 17 years of learning through Nonviolent Communication - and I see now how many practises I embraced earlier in my life that also contribute to this. This day will bring clarity and depth to NVC theory and practise, and include arts-based and body-based practises, to enhance our ability to enter into empathic connection.
