Would you like to learn a process of self-connection, self-care and and self-empowerment that can support you in your daily life?
Would you like to know that however painful, pleasurable, scary or exciting something is in your life, you can remain aware of your inner state and centred in your choice and power, without blaming or judging others or yourself - and you can discover and take actions that will be fresh, fitting and fulfilling?
The Self Empathy Dance Floor enables you to
• Manage strong feelings so as to reach a centred, still, joyful space without any suppression of what is alive in you
• Find compassion for yourself and others when you have been disconnected or triggered into judgment
• Accept and be present with your reactive nature, as well as your feelings and your needs
• Open to your wild wishes – what you would ask of others if you had the courage
• Take at least one active step towards meeting the needs you connect with
Open to all, this workshop is an opportunity to connect deeply, creatively and non-judgmentally with a challenging issue in your life. This issue might be to do with anything that touches you: family, friends, partners, community, work, climate change, social justice, global issues and also the sometimes hard-to-accept joys and blessings in your life.
Whether you are new to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) or an experienced practitioner, this day is designed for you to develop and deepen your experience and understanding of the principles and practice of NVC. If you are new to NVC you may benefit from some study online or through books, DVDs or CDs before attending – available from www.life-resources-shop.com
