Bridget Belgrave's focus is in the areas of individual fulfilment, social justice and environmental sustainability.  She has worked with Effective Intelligence, Psychosynthesis and the Alexander Technique, including co-directing an Alexander teacher training course for five years. From 1996-2007 she was a certified trainer with the international Centre for Nonviolent Communication, introducing NVC in the UK and India, and training NVC trainers in Europe, Canada and the USA in her innovative methodologies, such as The NVC Dance Floors (co-created with Gina Lawrie) and A Key to NVC. She has been actively engaged in meditation practice for thirty years and is an author - Zak is her first children's novel. 

Based in Oxford, Bridget leads workshops and events throughout Europe and worldwide, paints and writes. Bridget founded Life Resources in 1997. She collaborates with many people, some of whom are profiled here.


Ruud Baanders has many years of experience with coaching and training of individuals and organizations, in profit and third sector organizations. He has created and managed leadership development programmes, mentoring schemes, and coaching programmes. He has experience with clients from a multitude of cultures and social backgrounds. He coaches in English, Dutch and Italian, both face-to-face and by telephone/Skype.

He is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation, has an MBA from Webster University, is qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) step 1 and 2, is certified in Ken Blanchard’s High Performance Team process, and has been working many years with the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process as developed by Marshall Rosenberg. He  is active in environmental groups. He is also trained in NLP, is a Reiki practitioner and has been practising Zen meditation for 20 years. Ruud works in the UK and The Netherlands. www.mindfulnesscoaching.eu


Gina Lawrie has a background in psychology, social work and management development. She has been working as an independent organisation development consultant for over 15 years in private, public and not for profit sectors. She draws on many approaches, including Gestalt and complexity theory and since 1997 has been increasingly integrating Nonviolent Communication (NVC) into her work. In the past Gina taught meditation and it is the spiritual basis of NVC and the way that is integrated with practical skills that is what she most values.
