NVC Dance Floors
An embodied method for learning, experiencing and teaching NVC that engages all learning styles, co-created by Bridget Belgrave and Gina Lawrie. The nine Dance Floor card sets are available in more than 18 languages. A person exploring their situation walks through the floor card layout, usually with guidance from a facilitator. There are also 3 videos showing this process in action (subtitled in 6 languages), and a Facilitator's Handbook in English, French, German and Chinese.

These videos will deepen your understanding of NVC, and show you how to use the Dance Floors in workshops, 1-to-1 sessions, practice groups and at home.
Each video has an Intro to that ‘Dance', 2 or 3 live coached 'Dance Floor processes', and group discussions.
Total running time of each video is 2 hours, so all three is 6 hours of training.
Connect with Respect
This pack consists of a handbook, a 25 minute film on DVD and a data CD containing the materials used in the 'Nonviolent Communication and Urban Beats Film Project', which Bridget co-led with Jane Wheeler. The project took place in east London in 2004, with twenty-one 17 year-old students from New VIc College.
Beyond Right and Wrong - an introduction to Nonviolent Communication
A one-hour introduction to NVC with a visual overview, and demonstrates the shift from disconnecting communication to Nonviolent Communication using jackal and giraffe puppets and a build-up PowerPoint model. Filmed in 2004 at the International Congress of the Alexander Technique, Oxford, UK. The NVC part begins at 6 mins 15 secs. Available on YouTube.
