Painting: Oh the amazement as colour appears on the page, the utter excitement and tenderness of it.

Writing: Many ways of writing are practices for me - journals, poems, inner dialogues, books.

Energy healing: I learned this as an apprentice with several healers in London in the late 70s and early 80s, and then developed my own style.

Postcards from Heaven: One day I will write about this divination practice I co-developed, which has guided me and others for 40+ years.
